February and March 2020

February was very busy with canicross races and visiting friends and March much the same so not much time to write this blog!

As well as visiting, we also had a friend come to stay with us.

Always so much to do, see and smell at the park so I don't hang around in one place very long before going off to explore somewhere else!

A night camping in North Wales - making sure I don't get chilly.

But chilly is ok if it is ice cream. Are we meant to share?

Another visit to the park. Rather windy on this occasion and I went a bit skittish...

Here is a good place to go after a long walk.

And here. Post-canicross race team snuggle.

My lovely friend also enjoys trips to the park.

Here we are together looking for more adventure (Editors note: mischief)!

January 2020

Celebrating new year's day spaniel-style. No "dry January" for us!

A nice day for a long walk along the canal.

Not sure where we were but this was a good puddle - very large!

Triple trouble ready for a tear about in the park.

Recharging ready for February.

December 2019

December means school holidays and chance to get out for spaniel fun in the daylight.

Teaching my friend that playing in the water is a great game (whatever the time of year).

Pausing for thought (thinking that I'd like some of the sandwich on the table)...

Not quite December - New Year's Day was great!

Sleeping off all the excitement!

November 2019

Off for another adventure. I was told not to get wet as it was quite chilly!

Leading my new friend as well as my human.

Frosty mornings are not going to stop me getting out for a walk.

They aren't going to stop me camping either.

The temperature has not put me off agility.

One more agility show to go and then Santa Paws will be here!

October 2019

I have a new friend! Also it was half term so extra fun to be had starting with a trip to the beach.

What's down here?

A lovely hilly walk.

Who is king of the castle?

More fun on the beach - this is the spaniel version of rockpooling!

Sleeping off all the excitement...

before doing it all again the next day!

September 2019

Firstly some good news about agility - I am now grade 6!

Apart.from agility, I enjoyed a camping trip near Nene Park. The park was great as it has a special "dog play area".

Not sure if this is part of the play area for dogs but it should be!

Home for the weekend. I love the tent as it always means adventures.

Another day, another adventure!

That's it for this month. Hoping next month brings more excitement.

July and August 2019

I was rather busy in July with lots of agility and also looking forward to my summer holiday. Needless to say, July involved camping and water...but the best was to come in August!

Summer holidays - wahoo! Off to the Hebrides for an island hopping / wild camping trip.

A long train ride and an overnight B&B stop.

Campsite number one.

Exploring one of many beaches.

Looks like a good place for a walk...

although we couldn't see much from the top.

Campsite number two. Mountains and water all around :)

I really liked Jura - everyone was very friendly and the pub didn't mind damp dogs!

Wild camping ON the beach - not just near it. This is the life!

Nothing to see here - no, not at all...

Off to another island. The ship's cook kindly gave me a plate of bacon scraps.

More to explore. I hope this holiday never ends - it is so much fun (and the sun stayed out so I quickly got dry after each swim).

All of this excitement was tiring. Yes - I fell asleep standing up!

Sadly we did have to come home eventually (but have already made plans to go back). In the meantime, I can dream about all the fun I had. It's very warm inside a sleeping bag.
